Wag Hotels, premium pet boarding facilities, opened a new location in San Francisco in May, 2007. Studio Picotee consulted and designed the retail and permanent signage for this space. In the retail area, along with designing the graphics, we made recommendations for fixture designs, store layouts and merchandising. We also had custom wire frame dog mannequins made to go with the industrial feel of the architecture and to make the product on the dog really stand out. For the permanent signage we combined bold, modern colors, humorous graphics and an industrial finish to make signs appropriate for the space.
